Job description:
A.I.S. Management (Burnaby) Inc. is hiring one full time Insurance Agent to join their team.
Job duties:
• Sell various type of insurance policies including automobile, travel, property, marine and business insurance.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
• Maintain the records and handles the policies renewals.
• Establish client insurance coverage, calculate premiums and establish method of payment.
• Run quoting software and pre-fill applications.
• Contact the policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes, or to change beneficiaries.
• Ensure appropriate forms, and other policy requirements are completed.
• Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients’ enquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of high school is required.
• Licensure by the insurance governing body in the province or territory of employment is required.
