Specific Skills
• Delegate tasks/duties to sales workers
• Authorize payments and return of merchandise
• Determine merchandise and sell merchandise.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising
• Lead, motivate, inspire and coach staff to create a customer centric environment resulting in a memorable and positive customer experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by observing, listening, interacting and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue or complaint resolution.
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints
• Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock
• Provide weekly reports on Cannabis inventory.
• Make sure that health and safety measures are met
• Meet all compliances for inspections as per AGLC guidelines.
• Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
• Ensure that hours of operation are in compliance with local laws
• Maintain all requirements, procedures, record keeping as per AGLC guidelines.
• Organize and distribute staff schedules
