About The Position:
The community relations director is an integral and multifaceted role at Alli Therapy. The Community Manager is responsible for blending marketing expertise, interviewing skills, partnership excellence, and technological expertise to provide our intern students with the best experience possible.
Position Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Shape and refine strategies around team structure, decision-making, a communication
- Provide insight drawn from communication with various team members - Collaborate daily with the CEO and CTO on various initiative
Company Expansion
- Contribute to the development of school partnerships in the United States and other provinces in Canada
- Contribute to the growth of key cohorts in New York and Florida, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and oboarding processes
- Develop strategies for brand awareness and outreach in new regions
Recruitment and Intern Management
- Work closely with the CEO and HR Director to evaluate applicants using the “Alli Way” criteria, ensuring alignment with company culture
- Leverage insights from hands-on practicum management to identify and recruit individuals who will thrive within the organization
- Create and manage resources like the Practicum Guidebook, as well as pre-onboarding and onboarding materials to ensure seamless integration of interns
Operational Eciency
- Oversee critical company platforms, including a custom-built portal, Slack, Google Workspace, Thinkific, Notion, Supabase, and Airtab
- Contribute to the implementation of scalable processes for FAQs, hiring, and ticketing systems for administrative issues
- Develop internal training materials and resources, including presentations, invitations, digital asset, live moderation, and guides
Team Support & Communication
- Act as a central communication hub, managing Slack channels, the Practicum inbox, and other support inboxes to address issues and maintain alignment - Create templates and workflows to streamline operations and ensure time problem resolution across dierent teams
- Facilitate team events, training sessions, and alumni engagement initiatives to promote community-building
Performance & Metrics
- Monitor KPIs, such as intern success rates and coach interns on marketing, branding and outreach initiatives

Qualification
- Experience in or Masters/Postgraduate degree in Marketing required - Experience with operations management required
- Experience or education in mental health or psychology an asset - Fluency in French and Spanish an asset
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
