Hourly Rate: $35.00 to $40.00 / hour commensurate with experience

Between 32 and 44 hours per week, flexibility an asset
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a commercial flat roofer
Able to handle weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Must be bondable
Clean driving record check (abstract)
Tasks
- Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
- Install, repair or replace single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
- Install built-up flat roofing systems, work with modified roofing system, rigid pre-formed roofing system, single ply sheet membrane roofing system
