What you’ll do...
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
• Monitor food preparation, portioning, and presentation to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain proper inventory levels, ensuring availability of fresh ingredients, sauces, and broths.
• Ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests by maintaining high service standards.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff and monitor their performance.
• Maintain a positive work environment and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Work closely with senior management to develop strategies for increasing sales and profitability.
• Monitor restaurant budgets, revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
We’re looking for someone to have...
• Minimum high school diploma required; higher education credential is preferred.
• At least one year food service experience; supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgets and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evening, weekends, and holidays.
