Permanent, Full time, Weekends, Evening and Morning shifts
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Define the company's goals and develop or endorse policies and programs.
- Define the business’ vision, mission, and overall strategic direction. This involves setting goals, identifying target markets, and determining the business’ unique value proposition.
- Formulate long-term strategies for both locations to ensure profitability, customer satisfaction, and market growth.
- Appoint staff members, such as chefs, cooks, team members, and restaurant manager.
- Handle employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and labor relations.
- Allocate resources—such as ingredients, staffing, and finances—to execute organizational policies and programs.
- Establish controls for financial and administrative aspects, approve marketing campaigns, and oversee overall personnel planning.
- Monitor profit margins, costs, and pricing to optimize business profitability
- Review monthly and quarterly financial reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Act as the restaurant's representative to engage in negotiations or official functions on behalf of the establishment.
- Manage the business’ finances, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. Track revenue and expenses, manage cash flow, and make strategic decisions to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cooks and kitchen staff to develop menus that align with the restaurant's concept and target market. Ensure that food quality, presentation, and consistency meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Strive for continuous improvement by seeking feedback from customers and staff, monitoring industry trends, and implementing changes to enhance the business’ overall operations and profitability.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant's physical facilities, including the seating area, kitchen equipment, and exterior grounds.
- Ensure that the businesses comply with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements, including health and safety standards, food hygiene regulations, and labor laws.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- High school is mandatory; any certificate or diploma will be an asset however, is not mandatory
