Job Duties:
• Plan, coordinate, oversee, manage, and assess the operations of Restaurant
• Choose the services that will be provided and put operating processes into place
• Hire employees and manage their training
• Establish work schedules for employees and keep an eye on their performance
• Manage inventory, track earnings, and adjust policies and costs
• Address customer concerns and make sure health and safety laws are watched
• Bargain with suppliers for food and other supplies
