Job Duties:
Prepare Indian Sweets, ensure quality of sweets.
Prepare and cook ladoo, barfi, gulab jamun, phirni, milk cake, rasgulla etc
Maintain the clean and hygienic environment in the kitchen.
Monitoring and estimating the daily supplies as required.
Working as a team with the other cook/chef in the kitchen.
Work in a team to prepare for the parties and catering orders.
Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of sweets
