Job Overview:
The Operations Manager’s main role is to assist the CEO in the day-to-day operations of the business.

Duties:
? Reporting any issues/concerns to the CEO regarding specific clients and/or cleanings
? Coordinating bookings with clients; liaising with clients regarding cleanings and responding to inquiries and complaints
? Establishing and implementing company policies and procedures
? Ensuring cleaning technicians are always following company protocols
? Disciplining/directing employees as necessary
? Planning, organizing, directing, and scheduling cleans and cleaning staff
? Preparing employee timesheets
? Preparing invoices and reports as required in Quickbooks
? Liaising with the accountant regarding all admin
? Supervising the cleaning team and inspecting worksites to ensure that cleans have been performed to company standards prior to leaving the worksite
? Executing work orders and ensuring that each team is submitting them upon completion
? Planning and controlling inventory, and ensuring that all equipment and cleaning materials are ready for use when needed
? Ordering any replacement supplies/equipment as needed
? Ensuring each short-term rental property has the requisite supplies; ordering replacements as required
? Managing advertising for recruiting new clients and hiring new technicians
? Managing all social media platforms and the website
? Coordinating training for employees
? Maintaining the employee training manual and establishing/implementing policies and procedures for staff


Requirements:
? A college diploma or higher-level education is required
? Experience in a Managerial role or equivalent is required
? Ability to work independently
? A keen eye for detail
? Complete working knowledge of Quickbooks Online
? Complete working knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram
? Knowledge of Squarespace for website material
? Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients
? Ability to quickly assess issues and formulate solutions
? Experience in the marketing or advertising field
? Must have clean driving record and own vehicle
