•Analyze test results and instrument readings
•Complete and maintain plant logs and reports
•Make adjustments to plant equipment and systems
•Monitor and inspect plant equipment and systems to detect equipment malfunctioning and to ensure plant systems are operating normally
•Operate and monitor computerized control systems and related equipment to regulate the treatment and distribution of water
•Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
•Monitor and evaluate
•Resolve conflict situations
•Maintain inventory of supplies
•Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
•Obtain price quotations from catalogues and suppliers
•Plan and control budget and expenditures
•Send invoices
•Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
•Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary
Detailed Tasks
•Manage and run the water treatment plant on day-to-day basis
•Assist senior project manager in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure project deadlines are met
•Report project performance and status reports to the management of the company to show the profit generation at different stages
•Request quotations from all suppliers and other subcontractors, perform cost analysis and creating CAPEX as well as OPEX purchase order requisitions during the procurement process
•Create and maintain project change order documents for the disputes and claims resolution with the client
•Upload and approve invoices every month on Workday for invoicing and payment processing
•Create purchase order for vendors on monthly basis
•Create monthly reports for the project such as monthly forecasts and month end reports
•Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships throughout the project through meetings on the project scope and deadlines to ensure project is complying
•Cost tracking to manage the expenses and maintain assets keeping the project under budget
•Create and manage documentation related to health, safety, and environmental compliance
•Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors
•Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies for water treatment projects
•Monitor inventory levels and arrange for timely deliveries to project sites
•Ensure environmental standards and safety protocols are met during project execution
