7-Eleven Canada is seeking Retail Store Supervisors for it's location at 123 Anderson Str & Front, Nelson, BC, V1L 3X6. 40 hours/week, $21/hr, OT as per labour law. Shifts can be early morning, morning, day, evening, nights or weekend. English language required. Minimum of high school required as is at least 1 year of related experience. Dental, disability and health plan provided. Duties to include:
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Conduct performance reviews
