Our team of experienced professionals maintains a high standard of finish carpentry work that exceeds industry expectations. Due to ongoing growth, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Work Location
Various on-site locations throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding areas. This is not a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare accurate layouts following building codes using measuring tools
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel materials
• Construct foundations, install beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roofing systems
• Fit and install doors, windows, stairs, mouldings, and related hardware
• Provide finish carpentry services according to the company's high-quality standards
• Maintain and renovate residential wooden structures
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site
Qualifications and Experience
• College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in finish carpentry
• Working at Heights Certification and WHMIS Certification required
• Must be comfortable working in confined spaces, dusty environments, and at heights
Additional Assets
• Cabinetmaking experience
• Surface prep skills (e.g., drywall taping and patching)
• Experience with retaining walls, millwork, siding, fencing, balconies, railings, and custom cabinetry
• Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery (e.g., edge banders, jointers, mortisers, power/table saws, and shapers)

Transportation and Travel
• Must be willing to travel regularly to various job sites across the GTA and surrounding regions
