Job Requirements:
Language: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Key Responsibilities:
Establish work schedules and methods to meet them
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Supervise and coordinate activities of food preparation staff
Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
Estimate ingredients and supplies needed
Hire food service staff
Ensure food and service meet quality standards
Prepare budgets and cost estimates
Address customer complaints and concerns
Submit reports and prepare food order summaries
Ensure knowledge of the restaurant’s menu and cuisine
Supervise tray assembly and food trolley deliveries
Supervision: 5–10 people
