Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Main Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
Set work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Handle administrative functions for the business
Administer privacy and access to information requests as per legislation
Coordinate office services (e.g. supplies, equipment, parking, maintenance)
Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
Perform data entry tasks
Manage payroll administration
