Role Summary:
This highly collaborative role is part of the A+ Corporate Services team and as a ‘concierge’ to deliver exceptional leadership, support and coordination. We do whatever it takes to help our team be successful and our business run smoothly. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role will do a variety of corporate-level support activities widely and act as an EA/case support for sales advisors. This role has a unique mandate to use our principles of ‘white-glove’ service. This requires a strong attention to detail, ability to manage conflicting priorities with a sense of urgency, meticulous preparation of materials, and a commitment to excellence. Especially valued is the ability to ‘think it through and get things done.’ This environment is dynamic, fast-paced and rewards anticipation, self-leadership, and sound judgement.

Duties:
• Ensuring that the Toronto office runs smoothly, including coordination with Sales Advisors
• Working closely with the admin team to ensure impeccable delivery of corporate services, client, and sales support
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times to external clients as well as internal sales support functions including Underwriting and Financial Modeling
• Providing basic case support and EA functions for selected sales advisors
• Being part of a core admin tram and providing back up as needed, especially for event management
• Providing leadership for ‘white-glove’ service experience curation at CMG
• Organizing travel as needed
• Sourcing gifts or special orders as requested and coordinating deliveries
• Setting up conference rooms for sales meetings
• Handling basic technology issues as EA and coordinating with IT support as needed
• Inputting data entry and reporting in Salesforce to support prospecting, sales, client onboarding, and service activities


Requirements:
• University degree is required
• 2+ years of experience working in a ‘white-glove service’ oriented client service, EA or sales support role with high-performing executives
• Experience in financial or insurance services is required
• Possession or in the process of receiving LLQP licensing and/or PFSA certification
• Proficient with CRM systems such as SalesForce
• Demonstrable ability to drive multiple tasks and small projects to timely completion in a dynamic team environment, working with and through specialists
• Strong scheduling, coordination, organizing and event coordination skills
• Demonstrated expert-level written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to capture and present information clearly and concisely
• Expert-level ability to coordinate schedules for clients and internal activities
• Ability to quickly learn, adapt and practice new knowledge and skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted professional relationships and coordinate across a team
• Ability to calmly and professionally engage with urgent and dynamic environments
• May involve occasional heavy lifting
