• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Implement price and credits policies
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Determine staffing requirements
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
• Conduct performance reviews
Skills requirements:
• A university degree or college diploma in related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail supervision role is required.
• Excellent management skills and communication skills.
