Title of the position: Warehouse Supervisor – NOC 12013
Number of positions available: one
Term of employment: 35h to 40h per week – full time – permanent position.
Language: English.
Wage: C$28.85 per hour.
Health Benefits: Extended Health benefits and Dental will be offered after 6 months of full-time employment.
Financial Benefit: RRSP matching after 1 year of full-time employment.

Job Duties
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy. Communicate job expectations and coach employees. Determine staffing levels and assign workload. Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems. Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices. Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
Requirements
• 2 years of experience as a warehouse Supervisor.
• Two Years Diploma.
• Familiar with industry best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure while always maintaining a professional image.
• Working independently.
• Have a well-balanced concern for both tasks and people.
• Have a genuine concern for the needs of customers.
