About the company:
United Meat Products, operating as Totera Fine Foods, is a family-owned business with over 40 years of experience in the meat and cheese industry. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality meats, artisanal cheeses, and fine foods to our valued customers, including banquet halls, restaurants, grocery stores, and hotels.
We are now looking for two Butchers to join our team. The responsibilities and qualifications are as follows:
Key Responsibilities:
-Cut, trim, debone, and prepare standard and specialty cuts of meat and poultry according to customer specifications;
-Order and monitors meat stock;
-Use saws, power-cutting tools and different knives to grind and slice meats;
-Wrap prepared meats and poultry;
-Maintains a clean, organized and sanitary station according to the food safety department.
Qualifications:
-1-2 years of experience as a butcher;
-Completion of secondary school (preferred);
-Attention to detail and work well with others;
-Must be organized and adapt well to fast-paced environments;
-Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects;
-Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
