Position Overview
As ADL Process Inc. continues to grow, so does our commitment to building and maintaining a skilled, engaged, and compliant workforce. We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to help enhance our internal HR processes, support employee well-being, and ensure adherence to evolving labor laws and regulations.

This role is essential in managing recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and compliance, while fostering a positive and productive work environment aligned with our environmental and ethical values. The Human Resources Coordinator will work closely with management to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the company.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, contributing to employee engagement, training initiatives, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced, and environmentally conscious organization.

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Develop, implement, and assess human resources and labour relations strategies, including policies, programs, and procedures to effectively address organizational HR needs.
• Provide advice to management and employees regarding the interpretation and application of HR policies, compensation and benefits, and collective agreements.
• Lead negotiations of collective agreements, mediate labour disputes and grievances, and offer guidance on employee and labour relations issues.
• Conduct research and prepare job classifications, detailed job descriptions, salary structures, and competency evaluation systems.
• Oversee staffing plans, total compensation programs, training and career development initiatives, employee assistance, employment equity, and affirmative action efforts.
• Manage HR programs and maintain accurate human resources information systems and associated records.
• Coordinate recruitment processes and supervise employee training and development activities.
• Administer employee performance appraisal systems and facilitate feedback processes.
• Investigate employee benefit offerings and workplace health and safety practices, recommending policy updates or improvements as necessary.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with experience.
• Certified Human Resources Management Professional (CHRMP) designation is an asset
• 4 years of experience in HR roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), MS Project, and HR systems such as SAP (basic), ATS platforms, job boards, and recruitment trackers.
• Skilled in onboarding and offboarding, resume screening, background checks, talent pipeline development, and HR record maintenance.
• Effective administrative and organizational abilities, including calendar management, vacation tracking, data coordination, and operations support.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
