As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced Production Logistics Workers to join our production logistic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implements main duty of shipping materials from warehouse to production line for ensuring consecutiveness of producing process.
2. Arranges logistic lot and amount, and chooses appropriate shipping vehicles and routes, like forklift, hand truck and so on according to production plan.
3. Packs merchandise before they are shipped and unpacks them after being received.
4. Spies on status of merchandise storage, and supplement relevant materials in time while there are out of stock, avoiding from delaying shipping.
5. Be clear about material requirements from workshop and assist each section and department to predict the materials requirements for providing with materials in time and accurately.
6. Marks, classifies, sorts, keeps items in organization in case of damage, being stolen and confusion during shipping.
7. Establish a detailed working and shipping schedule with product specifications according to client’s orders.
8. Maintains, inspects and renews logistic equipment daily, including transport vehicles, shelves, warehouse facilities and so on, for ensuring normal operation of logistic equipment and improvement of logistic efficiency.
9. Coordinates workshop logistic of production department closely with knowing about operation status and plan of production department, for ensuring that supplied materials are match with production plan.
10. Reports problems to the management and improves them, while encountering problems in shipment during production process.
11. Keep close contact with materials suppliers for promising there are enough materials for production project.
12. Be familiar with company safety regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Completion of Secondary school is usually required.
2. Experience in logistics company and warehouse position over 2 years.
3. Strong coordination ability during handling work with different departments.
4. Relevant certificate of forklift and driver license.
5. Qualified ability to use Micro Software.
6. Basic analysis ability
7. Efficient work performance during pressure.
8. Open-minded learning skill.
