JOB TITLE: Material Handler - Wood Processing
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sort, pile and transport wood products
- Assist other workers in operation of various woodworking machines and equipment
- Clean machines, conveyors and immediate work areas
- Remove and sort salvageable lumber for reprocessing
- Aid in removal of residual product including chips and sawdust
WORK SETTING
- Repetitive tasks, physically demanding,
- Have strong hand eye coordination
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Exposure to noise and dust environment
- Able to work in an indoor/outdoor work environment
