Position Summary
We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and strategies based on software requirements
• Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and desktop applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and verify fixes
• Maintain and enhance automated test scripts and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide feedback on software quality throughout the development cycle
• Contribute to performance, usability, and security testing as needed
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards
Qualifications:
• Completion of a college program in computer science or a related discipline is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in relevant work is required.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
