Position Description:
Birdie Golf Center is in search of a proficient and conscientious User Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for rendering technical support, managing and maintaining simulator software systems, hardware installation, networks to ensure optimal performance. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to apply their technical expertise in a dynamic work environment. This position will report to the General Manager directly.
Language requirement: English and Chinese, all simulators original imported from China, this position requested to communicate with our Chinese supporting company for system updating, maintaining, etc

Hourly Wage: $31.00 / hour
Working Hours: 30 hours per week; working hour from 11:00 to 17:30
Job Description:
•Effective communication with our simulator users or clients to address their issues
•Maintain simulator’s system and machine regularly and ensured the system functions in experience store
•Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
•Assist client day-to-day functionality and efficiency and configure, install and maintain complex software systems of simulator using
•Provide advice and training to clients in response to identified difficulties
•Provide systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
•Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
•Provide on-job-training to other technicians
•Long-distance travel may be required
Education, knowledge, skills and abilities required:
•Completion of a college program or other courses in computer science, computer programming or network administration is required.
•Completion of a training course provided by GreenJoy is required.
•Valid driver's licence
