We also contribute to branding and design execution in retail and mall developments, and provide professional restoration services to ensure lasting quality and finish throughout every phase of construction.
Job Duties:
-Lead countertop installations on residential and commercial construction sites, following blueprints and job specs.
-Interpret construction drawings and ensure proper layout, leveling, and fit of materials.
-Oversee site prep, including surface adjustments and material staging.
-Instruct and oversee a team of installers in proper job site safety practices, tool usage, and installation methods.
-Operate saws, grinders, and other construction tools to cut and install stone countertops.
-Anchor countertops to framing and cabinetry, ensuring proper fit and finish.
-Coordinate with contractors and site supervisors to stay on schedule and resolve issues.
-Maintain site logs, progress reports, and assist with service documentation.
Requirements:
-Completion of Secondary School education;
- 2-3 years of experience in countertop or stone surface installation is a must;
-Driver’s licence is required;Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work in tight spaces for extended periods;
-Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team;
-Handling heavy loads.
