Duties:
• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Supervise staff
• Train staff
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Manage events
Job Requirements:
Education Requirement – High School
Certificates - Safe Food Handling certificate
Experience - 1 year to less than 2 years
Benefits Overtime: $37.50 to $39.75 per hour will be paid any work done after 8 hrs per day and 40 hrs a week.
Vacation Pay: 4% of gross.
