Compensation: $33/hour for 30 hours per week
Location: St. John’s, NL

In the role of Administrative Assistant, the candidate will be responsible for:
• Prepare and edit correspondence and other documents related to tours and customer bookings
• Respond to telephone and email inquiries, and greet visitors in a professional manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for internal staff or clients
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems, including travel itineraries, invoices, and customer records
• Assist in organizing promotional materials, printing brochures, and supporting event logistics
• Track incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages, including travel documents
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
• Input and update customer and booking information in databases
• Provide general administrative support to team members
• Assist with processing payments and issuing receipts

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• High school graduation is preferred, college program is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with office equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
