Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Tasks
• Oversee administrative operations by assigning daily tasks to office staff, organizing paperwork, and scheduling vehicles.
• Ordering office related supplies, keeping track of tools and forms used by drivers, and working with maintenance teams to organize vehicle records.
• Looking at how current office processes work and suggesting ways to improve or update them.
• Keeping records and creating reports, such as trip summaries, driver logs, incident documentation, and reports.
• Handling everyday office work, organizing files, following up with drivers or clients, and keeping the office running smoothly.
• Making sure privacy and information requests from government or other agencies are handled properly according to official rules.
• Helping tracks expenses, such as fuel and insurance costs, creating budget estimates, and checking invoices from service providers.
• Making sure office systems and tasks stay organized and ensuring everything runs in an orderly and timely manner.
