7-Eleven Canada is seeking fulltime Store Manager to manage two locations at 1120 Roger's Way, Kamloops, BC V1S
1N5 and 915 W Columbia Street, Kamloops, BC V2C 1L5. English language required.
Duties to include:
Direct and control daily operations
Evaluate daily operations
Plan and organize daily operations
Manage staff and assign duties
Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Recruit, hire and supervise staff
Conduct performance reviews
Post-secondary education combined with a minimum of one year's retail/service industry management experience OR
approximately 3 years previous retail/service industry management experience OR an equivalent combination of
education and experience
