7-Eleven Canada, located at 1608 Canyon St, Creston, BC V0B 1G5 seeking Fulltime, 40 hours/week, Retail Store Supervisor. Shifts may be day, early Morning, evening, morning, night or weekend. English language required. Overtime as per labour law. Must have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience.
Duties to include:
Assign sales workers to duties
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
