With over a decade of experience, TDR Electric is a leading electrical contractor in Vancouver, BC, specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our growing team.

Main duties and responsibilities:
-Coordinate and plan our operational support services, including technician scheduling and vehicle service scheduling
-Respond to client inquiries and coordinate service appointments, maintaining clear communication with clients, technicians, and vendors to support effective service administration
-Monitor and maintain up-to-date records to ensure ongoing compliance with WCB safety standards, insurance, and other regulatory requirements.
-Coordinate procurement processes, monitor inventory levels, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
-Provide administrative support by managing phone and email communications, organizing files, preparing correspondence and spreadsheets, and maintaining both digital and physical filing systems.
-Assist with submitting electrical permit applications and scheduling inspections across various jurisdictions
-Liaise with city inspectors and BC Hydro to coordinate inspections and related service requirements
-Utilize Knowify software to monitor project timelines, coordinate technician schedules, manage client service requests, and oversee procurement and inventory data
-Utilize Bluebeam software to update electrical schematics and project drawings, ensuring efficient collaboration with clients and across company departments

Education requirement:
Completion of a college diploma/CEGEP or a university degree

Experience requirement:
At least one year of experience as a Service Coordinator or Administrative Officer, which includes scheduling and logistics, is required. Experience in the electrical contracting industry and with EV charging installation and permitting are major assets.

Other requirements:
-Proficiency in and demonstrable experience with Knowify (our project and service management software) and with Bluebeam (our electrical document markup and management software) is required
-Must be able to pass a criminal record check.

1273 Clark Drive, Vancouver, BC V5L 3K6.

Language of work:
English proficiency is required to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members, and to perform administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, preparing documentation, and responding to inquiries.
