Administrative Assistant
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist the management with administrative duties
• Draft and proofread correspondence, invoices and forms
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Organize meeting and event requests and schedule meetings and travel activities
• Attend meetings and draft reports and minutes
• Record and maintain filing systems and monitor matters requiring updates
• Communicate with external parties and relay messages to appropriate persons
• Train junior staff with office procedures and policies
• Requisition office supplies and services as required
• May perform other clerical duties as required
SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
• 3~5 years’ experience
• Completion of secondary school
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to details and proofreading, time management, and organizational skills
• Able to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong problem solving skills
• Solid computer proficiency in office applications
