Salary: $110,000 - $127,000 CAD per annum

Finni Health is a rapidly growing company (400% growth, approaching profitability, backed by General Catalyst). We are seeking a Business Operations and Finance Associate to drive operational excellence and support our scaling efforts.
Duties:
• Preparing, reviewing, and distributing profit and loss (P&L) statements for all practices, along with supporting documentation for transparency and decision-making
• Partnering with Practice Owners to understand their growth objectives and recommending strategic support initiatives, such as promotional stipends or custom arrangements
• Developing playbooks and scoring systems to assess practice performance and determine appropriate support measures
• Conducting in-depth analyses of practice-level changes (e.g., staffing adjustments, expanded hours, compensation changes, operational inefficiencies), working closely with Provider Success Managers
• Evaluating new and emerging practice models, such as partnerships with school systems or community-based setups
• Identifying and implementing cost-reduction opportunities across the organization
• Building and maintaining gross margin tracking for each practice by period; analyzing trends and performance drivers to support strategic decisions
• Visiting practices to observe operations firsthand, identify areas for improvement, and share best practices across the network
• Designing and maintaining dashboards that track key company metrics, including growth, financial performance, customer demographics, and provider productivity
• Drafting provider contracts and partnership arrangements, ensuring clarity and compliance
• Creating and maintaining thorough documentation of SOPs and training materials to support onboarding and cross-functional training
• Collaborating with the Engineering team to identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities for internal workflows and external provider/practice owner tools
• Providing cross-functional support to other teams and departments as needed (eg. HR, sales, revenue cycle-management, etc), and contributing to company-wide initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or finance is required.
• 2 years in management consulting is required
• Experience at a fast-growing digital health startup is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, SQL, and GSuite
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial trends, gross margin, and performance drivers to guide strategic decisions
• Experience working directly with business owners or operators to understand growth goals and tailor support solutions
• Skilled in building dashboards to track performance across financial, operational, and productivity metrics
• Strong track record of collaborating with teams such as HR, revenue cycle management, provider success, product/engineering, or sales to drive organization-wide initiatives
• Proven ability to evaluate and recommend incentive structures, stipends, or partnership arrangements
• Background in identifying and addressing inefficiencies at the team, clinic, or system level
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site service operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to communicate and work with internal teams and external business customers
• Experience working with business customers, providing support, managing relationships, and gathering feedback for product improvements
