Develop and optimize marketing campaigns through A/B testing, SEO strategies, and seasonal
promotions. (e.g., African Heritage Month, Back-to-School)
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and update content for social media, product pages,
banners, blog posts and email campaigns.
Build relationships with local influencers, artists, chefs, and community organizations to enhance brand
visibility and cultural relevance.
Align content with store values and heritage, incorporating customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes
features, and culturally significant narratives.
Manage client communication across multiple channels including phone, email, WhatsApp. Instagram,
and Facebook.
Represent the brand at local trade shows and public events to support promotional and PR efforts.
