(Strategic Sourcing Analyst)

The purpose of the role is to support the client in all matters pertaining to any supply issues and act as a conduit to resolve said issues between vendor partners and client. The end goal it to help the client alleviate issues and encourages vendor accountability while maintaining a positive working relationship. Additionally, it involves acting as a consultant to client, finding cost savings and/or quality improvement opportunities for their support services business, while enabling client to access Aramark programs and resources to support implementation of leading practice opportunities in their business. Duties include the preparation of reports and financial information for the client with the support of financial clerical/analyst resources that you manage.

JOB DUTIES:
Analyze purchasing and sourcing data to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier consolidation options, and procurement process improvements tailored to client-specific needs.
Act as a consultant to Aramark clients by delivering strategic sourcing recommendations, leveraging current best practices and Aramark’s national buying power to reduce costs and optimize supplier performance.
Source products, services, and capital equipment using Aramark’s supply chain infrastructure to fulfill unique client requirements, resolve product availability issues, and support operational continuity.
Proactively resolve vendor-related challenges such as delivery discrepancies, shortages, and quality concerns by initiating corrective actions and communicating directly with vendors and stakeholders.
Monitor and manage vendor performance metrics and compliance, supporting procurement negotiations, vendor onboarding, and service-level agreement (SLA) enforcement.
Collaborate with internal Aramark teams and external client stakeholders to ensure that sourcing decisions align with budgetary goals, sustainability initiatives, and contract deliverables.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial reports, including procurement-related cost summaries, budget performance updates, and spend tracking for both Aramark and the client.
Oversee financial clerical staff or analysts involved in invoice processing, ensuring timely reconciliation of vendor and contractor payments, and supporting accurate billing cycles.
Create and present monthly and quarterly financial statements to both internal Aramark leadership and client partners to facilitate transparency and informed decision-making.
Coordinate access to and implementation of Aramark support services, tools, and procurement platforms, ensuring the client leverages available systems for operational efficiency.
Act as a key liaison between Aramark and the client, fostering strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and client-side stakeholders to advance sourcing goals and joint initiatives.
Adapt sourcing strategies to respond quickly to market changes, supply chain disruptions, or evolving client needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Support the day-to-day operations of the Aramark office by monitoring procurement activities, ensuring contract deliverables are met, and promoting alignment between Aramark and client expectations.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives, such as RFP preparation, contract analysis, and project planning, to support enterprise-wide sourcing and procurement strategies.



Prerequisites:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Experience & Skills: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience within hospitality industry
Adaptable, proactive, responsive, active listener, relationship builder, presenter
Support services, supply chain and financial management, knowledge,
Language: English


Annual Salary: $92,700 for 40 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full-time and permanent
