We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Electronics Technician to join our team, specializing in the repair, diagnostics, and reverse engineering of automotive electronic components without access to service manuals or manufacturer support. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of electronic theory, and hands-on experience troubleshooting complex automotive circuit boards and systems.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of automotive electronic parts such as control modules, instrument clusters, sensors, and infotainment components.
Reverse engineer circuit boards and assemblies to determine functionality, trace faults, and replicate performance where no documentation exists.
Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and signal generators to analyze and verify functionality.
Rework PCBs using soldering, de soldering, and hot-air reflow techniques (SMD and through-hole).
Identify and replace faulty components including resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, and connectors.
Document repair procedures, circuit paths, and findings to support internal knowledge base and repeatability.
Research equivalent or substitute components for obsolete or unavailable parts.
Ensure repaired parts meet functional and quality standards before release.
Collaborate with team members to share technical insights and improve diagnostic strategies.
