• Salary: 37.00 hourly / 30 hours per week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent Employment Full time
• Time of work: Early morning, Evening, Morning, Day
• Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Job requirements
• Education: • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Ability to communicate in English
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
• Onsite Work: Must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely
• Work Setting: Construction
• Work site environment : Outdoors
Key responsibilities:
• Install exterior prefabricated products
• Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
• Repair and service exterior prefabricated products
• Repair and service interior prefabricated products
• Determine layout and installation procedures
• Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
• Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
• Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
• Supervise other workers
• Utilize hand and power tools
• Erect and install scaffolding, false work and other working platforms
