Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive autobody repairs on commercial vehicles (trucks, fleet vehicles, utility bodies, etc.)
Accurately assess damage and independently develop a repair strategy
Complete all aspects of structural and cosmetic repair including:
Frame straightening and alignment
Welding (MIG, TIG, steel and aluminum)
Panel replacement and dent repair
Body filler, sanding, and priming prep
Coordinate with paint and refinishing teams as needed
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and repair quality standards
Keep work area clean, organized, and efficient
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial autobody and collision repair
Proven ability to handle complete repairs independently, from teardown to final prep
Proficient in using all standard autobody tools and equipment
Strong understanding of vehicle construction, body/frame measurement, and repair procedures
Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex repair challenges
Must have your own tools
Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship
