Job Responsibilities
• Assemble and install automotive mechanical components, including transmissions, gearboxes, clutches, and drive systems, following technical manuals and specifications.
• Align, adjust, and calibrate mechanical parts to ensure accurate fit and reliable vehicle performance.
• Secure and connect assemblies using approved fastening methods.
• Operate hoists, small cranes, and other lifting equipment safely to position and install heavy components such as engines and gear assemblies.
• Set up and operate specialized automotive assembly and diagnostic equipment for assembly and inspection purposes.
• Identify mechanical faults, including misalignment, abnormal wear, or improper installation, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure all assemblies meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
• Language Requirement: English
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: At least one year of related work experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of automotive systems.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Physically capable of lifting parts and standing for extended periods.
