Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and maintain refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
-Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration and related equipment.
-Support operational teams by providing technical expertise and hands-on training, including onboarding of new staff.
-Oversee product temperature control and ensure refrigeration systems meet food safety and quality standards.
-Develop and implement emergency protocols for equipment malfunctions, refrigerant leaks, and other operational incidents.
-Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records, logs, and work orders.
-Mentor and support junior operators or maintenance staff to build technical capability within the team.
Qualifications:
-A bachelor's degree in Power Engineering Technology is required.
-At least 2 to 3 years of relevant hands-on experience in the field.
-Refrigeration Operator – Class B License (TSSA) and Operating Engineer – 4th Class License (TSSA) is required.
-Solid understanding of food safety standards, including GMP, HACCP, AIB, and SQF.
