Job Duties:
-Assess Aspire’s immigration and education services to determine the most effective marketing strategies for client acquisition, community awareness, and brand positioning.
-Advise management and internal teams on advertising, digital campaigns, and lead-generation strategies to grow the client base across immigration streams such PR, study permits, and work permits.
-Develop strategic content for direct and digital marketing campaigns, including email sequences, landing pages, paid ads, and organic social media growth.
-Plan, launch, and manage targeted campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn to promote services to international students, employers, and visa applicants.
-Monitor post-campaign analytics using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM reporting dashboards; prepare insights on client engagement and conversion trends.
-Manage Aspire’s social media accounts, responding to comments, maintaining an active posting schedule, and curating user-generated content such as client testimonials and video reviews.
-Develop and implement public relations strategies that communicate Aspire's service excellence, client success stories, and policy updates to relevant audiences.
-Conduct client satisfaction surveys and target audience profiling to better understand market needs and interests, especially within newcomer and international student communities.
-Prepare digital brochures, sales decks, webinar slides, and blog articles explaining immigration pathways in simple, accessible language.
-Organize and coordinate educational events, in-person workshops, Zoom webinars, and partner info sessions for marketing and informational purposes.
-Act as a spokesperson or point of contact during community events, local media interactions, and institutional visits.
-Coordinate internal and external promotional activities including campaigns, referral programs, and seasonal outreach drives.
-Assist in creating newsletters, informational reports, and marketing materials shared with agents, students, employers, and prospective clients.
-Liaise with affiliate education agents, student recruiters, and other partners to align marketing messaging, materials, and goals.
-Support partnership development by preparing draft collaboration contracts, service agreements, and promotional incentives tailored to business alliances.
Job Requirements:
-Education- Secondary school is preferred but not mandatory.
-Experience- Experience is preferred but not mandatory, we are willing to train right candidate.
