- Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry and fish
- Grind meats and slice cooked meats using powered grinders and slicing machines
- Reduce meat wastage by following proper meat cutting procedures
- Receiving meat deliveries from suppliers and checking their content and hygiene
- Prepare special display of meat and poultry
- Manage inventory and keeping records of sales
- Ensuring a clean, safe and organized work environment
- Preparing special cuts of meat ordered by customers
- Ensuring meat storage conditions are adequate to ensure quality
- Other duties as assigned
Term of employment: permanent full time position.
Wages: $36.65/hour for 40 hours per week.
