Job Description:
We are seeking a Painter (NOC 73112) to join Chohan Painting in Brampton, ON. The successful candidate will support the company’s commitment to quality craftsmanship by delivering painting services to both residential and commercial clients across the Greater Toronto Area. This role requires attention to detail, surface preparation expertise, and the ability to work efficiently in various settings.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities & Tasks
1. Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted
2. Repair cracks and holes
3. Mix paint to desired colour and texture
4. Advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings
5. Apply paint, wallpaper and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
6. Estimate costs and materials
7. Determine materials required
8. Provide accurate estimates and manage time effectively to meet client expectations
9. Adhere to safety practices and maintain high workmanship standards throughout each project
10. Execute fine detail work on trims, casings, window frames, fencing, garage doors, and stairs
11. Ensure job sites are clean and organized, with protection for floors and furniture
