Terms of Employment:
- Permanent Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and inspect equipment for faults and malfunctions
- Diagnose faults using computerized testing equipment
- Adjust and repair defective parts
- Keep maintenance reports and documentation
- Welding experience
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance
- Service attachments and working tools
- Establish procedures and implement policies
- Arrange for shipping documentation and tracking of goods in transit
- Monitor company performance, prepare reports, and plan for changes
- Ensure transport compliance with regulations
- Oversee scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Qualifications:
- Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician Red Seal Endorsement
- 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment and machinery
- Diesel engine repair specialization
- Mechanical maintenance and repair specialization
- Hydraulic-operated working attachments
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage of $40 to $45 per hour based on experience
