Responsibilities and tasks:
Collaborate with architects, designers, and the builder team to transform design concepts into realistic 3D animations and renderings.
Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and animations that bring home designs and client visions to life.
Create and refine 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials to accurately represent architectural and interior details.
Participate in client meetings to present visual concepts and adjust designs based on feedback.
Prepare engaging visual assets, including renderings, layouts, and presentation materials, for use in proposals and marketing.
Ensure all 3D outputs meet project requirements, deadlines, and brand standards.
Manage multiple animation and rendering projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent quality.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and software to continuously improve visual presentation techniques.
Requirements:
Languages: English
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
