We are seeking a committed Account Executive who will serve as a revenue-focused client representative, responsible for acquiring new business and expanding strategic accounts with a focus on operational effectiveness.
Job duties:
-Close inbound leads and identify new B2B business opportunities.
-Develop and implement upsell strategies within existing client accounts.
-Build strategic growth plans for key accounts to maximize potential.
-Maintain an accurate CRM sales pipeline and forecasting data.
-Lead Strategic Leadership Team (SLT) meetings and maintain client relationships.
-Act as the main escalation point for client concerns to ensure retention and satisfaction.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
-Provide feedback and coaching to Account Managers.
-Identify and support process improvement opportunities.
-Facilitate onboarding of new clients and manage associated tools and documentation.
-Maintain CRM data accuracy and distribute meeting action items promptly.
-Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth and upsell revenue
-Client retention and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores
-Completion and effectiveness of SLT meetings.
-CRM accuracy and successful process implementation
-Lead conversion rates and commission earnings
Job Requirements:
-University degree or college diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, account management, or client development, preferably in B2B or digital marketing.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
-Proficiency in CRM platforms and managing sales pipelines.
-Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
-Ability to lead client meetings and handle escalations effectively.
-Leadership experience is considered an asset.
