Requirements
• Completion of college diploma or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Network Administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Attention to detail and time management skills
Responsibilities
• Provide clients and staff with access to computer systems and networks.
• Assist clients and staff in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Research problems using manuals, guides, and other resources to implement solutions.
• Offer guidance and training to clients and staff to help them overcome technical challenges.
• Set up hardware and software for use by clients and staff, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and necessary applications.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients while supporting staff.
• Track and manage IT-related incidents to ensure timely resolution.
