Responsibilities
• Estimate costs of installing equipment
• Oversee the preparation of sales and orders
• Promote sales to existing clients
• Identify and solicit potential clients
• Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
• Conduct sales transactions
• Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs
• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
• Reach to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support
• Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
• Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services
• Resolve product and service related problems
• Troubleshoot problems related to printers, including software and hardware issues.
• Advertise and/or promote products printers, related products, and service packages.
• Provide customer service support via phone, email, or in person to address technical and service inquiries.
• Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
• Perform printer diagnostics, repair, and maintenance, including replacement of ink, toner, drums, fusers, and other components.
• Assist with inventory management of printers, spare parts, and consumables.
• Set up, configure, and connect printers with internet and intranet networks.
• Ensure compliance with warranty conditions, service agreements, and company policies when delivering products and services
• Stay updated with the latest printer technologies, industry trends, and product innovations
